Set up CanSkate Achievement Tracker

Before continuing, create a new empty database and give its database user full access to it.

MAMP defaults are usually host localhost, port 8889, user root, and password root. Create the empty database first in MAMP phpMyAdmin.

The installer locks itself after successful setup.
